天氣時凍時熱,就算打邊爐都要養生~係紅磡嘅潮窩, 坐得舒服又可以食得健康!呢度嘅特色湯底比較多,有麻辣又有養生湯品。叫左半份鮮椰青竹笙雞窩,上枱時已經見到好多椰肉同雞件,開火後仲聞到濃濃椰香!店家建議飲左個湯再打邊爐,湯頭非常清甜,雞件都好新鮮,唔覺唔覺就飲哂成個湯了!之後會再加打邊爐嘅湯底。飲完個湯都五成飽,所以叫左唔係好多野食,先黎椒鹽九肚魚同炸金菇紫菜,新鮮炸起好香口好鬆脆,用黎送酒一流!打邊爐配料方面就叫左安格斯牛柳粒、手打墨魚丸、餃子雙拼。安格斯牛柳粒油花分佈平均,食落唔膩仲有牛肉香。手打墨魚丸都有滿滿嘅墨魚粒係入面,食食下仲有驚喜餡料係入面!有興趣真係要試下~湯底用料足,食材新鮮而且饀料有驚喜,值得一試~
