To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年尾忙碌完一輪,終於可以放下假,同至愛睇下早場,飲飲茶,輕鬆一下啦。係太古城睇完早場,過左四期嘅朝庭飲茶。由於時間尚早,去到就有位。酒樓感覺挺舒服新淨,相信剛裝修不久吧。 酒樓嘅點心都有啲好精致特別薑蔥牛柏葉去酒樓飲茶,我定必會點嘅其中一個點心。呢樹嘅牛柏葉蒸得吾錯,充滿薑蔥香味,十分惹味又爽口。菠蘿叉燒包新鮮烤焗,外表相當吸引。金黃表層酥脆、熱軟軟。甜甜鹹鹹嘅叉燒餡料吾會太肥,多汁好味。黃金炸油粿傳統潮州食品,同廣東炸煎堆差吾多,外面金黃軟糯,中間餡料係花生同芝麻,相對甜左少少。晶瑩鮮蝦餃除了外表顏色鮮艷,味道同平時食嘅蝦餃分別不大。欖菜肉碎炒飯炒得夠幹身,米飯粒粒分明。肉碎配欖菜好夾,味道清新。
