這裏價格偏貴,我和友人選擇了蠔肉泡飯和海鮮炒米,一起分享。蠔肉泡飯方面,好味鮮甜,泡飯味道濃郁香口,溫暖舒適。海鮮炒米方面,很喜歡焗得香香的帶子,鮮蝦也感覺味道濃郁,不過黑椒味偏濃怕辣的朋友要小心嘗試,有機會吃得一把眼淚。不過整體來說味道OK,雖然不是非常突出,但是也為一個正面的用餐體驗。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
