第500篇啦,所以揀了一間很特別又高質的宮廷火鍋進餐,希望將來繼續品嚐到各式美食。今日來北角食宮廷火鍋,一踏入餐廳有如入皇宮的飯堂,裝潢很有中國特色,通花間隔屏風,木櫈與紅色中國人風坐墊,環境舒適帶點氣派,光鮮富貴的感覺。宮廷火鍋有多款不同款式的鍋具,令人感覺更身在宮廷之中,但今日我們點的湯鍋用另一款鍋具上枱。很好奇吧,繼續看就知啦。湯底已經有十多款,大多都是用有名的歷史人物命名,而且用皇上的名子,有乾隆、道光、康熙、同治、光緒,連慈禧都有,有創意又特別的菜名。我們點了黑豚肉、墨魚滑、餃子、蝦丸、油炸鬼、蔬菜拼盤等等,仲有竹蔗茅根,配料多款式,價錢仲好抵食。宮廷醬芥 $20/位,有基本的蒜、蔥、辣椒及芫荽。連餐具都很新很乾淨。康熙花膠雞湯鍋(半隻)$288,有全隻或半隻雞選擇,兩人食半隻雞就剛剛好。金黃色閃令令的湯底,原隻雞有如在黃金湯中沐浴,很華麗閃耀。連鍋具都有龍頭裝飾,很有feel。當湯底滾至雞肉熟透後,便可用附上的剪刀及夾子幫忙剪成雞件,如果覺得太難處理,可請店員幫手代爲處理,店員好細心,服務也很好。肥美的雞脾,雞皮又薄又滑溜,連雞胸肉都很嫩有彈性,味道很香而不膩。湯底看似很油

肥美的雞脾,雞皮又薄又滑溜,連雞胸肉都很嫩有彈性,味道很香而不膩。湯底看似很油,餐廳提供用具去掉面層肥油,所以雞湯香濃不膩,而且不太鹹,溫和暖胃很好飲。
