一路都唔食魚鰾(朴)因為唔鍾意嗰種滑潺潺嘅感覺, 原來, 好嘅製作過程, 可以令到呢樣嘢咁好食...不枉我千里召召去朝拜佢!魚皮, 好細碟, 又好細塊, 冇乜特別 $15薑葱魚鰾(朴)好好鑊氣, 好香薑葱同酒香魚鰾走過油, 面層有少少香脆, 亦好新鮮 $40香口+煙韌, 每一個一咬穿, 仲有一啖好鮮甜嘅汁喺裡邊下午四時, 滿坐當日廚房裝修, 就轉喺街邊煮...見個阿姐跌jor舊魚頭落哋, 執番, 然後掉落洗碗水佯兩佯(後巷相片右邊紅兜, 係死水嚟), 就繼續煮食, 嚇一嚇!衛生環境就麻麻, 怕烏糟嘅唔好去 (我食完冇事)下次要試薑葱魚骨... btw, 有冇人知魚鬚係乜?極品!我對呢樣嘢, 徹底改觀

衛生環境就麻麻, 怕烏糟嘅唔好去 (我食完冇事)

下次要試薑葱魚骨... btw, 有冇人知魚鬚係乜?
