好鍾意食小籠包嘅我,今日嚟到呢間新開嘅上海菜館,必食「皇朝特色小籠包」,小籠包一盤有八個顏色,每個顏色唔同味道,有辣、有鹹,中西合璧,各有特色。最鍾意蒜蓉味,蒜蓉好香濃,突顯到小籠包入邊餡料嘅鮮味。每個小籠包都鄙薄餡靚,塊皮好香滑,每一個入面都充滿湯汁,食嘅時候要小心翼翼咁,唔好整穿個皮,保留湯汁,然後一啖食入口,咁嘅食法就最新鮮,最好食。另外仲有「芝麻醬油麥菜」,呢味菜式好特別,係冷盤,油麥菜食入口爽脆無比,配合日式芝麻醬,原來好特別。點心「蘿蔔絲酥餅」同樣出色,外皮炸到酥脆,好香口。餐前小食「李白醉雞」,原來都好大碟,醉雞汁好香,雞肉非常鮮嫩香滑。主菜「皇朝酸菜魚」,酸菜魚湯底唔算好辣,充滿酸菜嘅香味,魚片用料十足,而且新鮮香滑。好大盆,兩個人食到超飽肚。最後上埋甜品「豆沙窩餅」,非常滿足的一個二人晚餐。
