上機前一餐,梗係要食返本地特產。牛雜舖周圍都有,但係要搵間擺得入口既靚牛雜又真係好難。今次呢間不但夠哂濃味而且個所有什都炆到入哂味,梗係要多青先好味啦個份量重多過啲粉個人覺得最好味就係個牛肺,爽得黎又唔會有腥味越食越想食
