To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雪糕可揀雲呢拿或者抹茶味,我哋當然揀後者。服務員貼心咁幫我哋換個新爐先,仲叫我哋每邊燒30秒左右就得。果然銅鑼燒係有少少脆皮,而入面嘅抹茶雪糕仲好硬,配薄薄一層紅豆蓉,口感好特別,不過個人鍾意軟綿綿嘅銅鑼燒同融緊嘅雪糕多啲。

迷你爆谷雪糕係雲呢拿雪糕球上面加左好多爆谷同焦糖醬。爆谷都尚算脆口,不過嫌焦糖醬太多,甜得滯。

今餐大部份食物都唔錯,當然價錢都幾貴,性價比都算勉强可以啦。冷氣勁凍,離奇哋今餐服務超好。開心滿足嘅一餐。
