To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日聽牛角嘅燒肉好好食,但冇諗佢哋嘅其他食物都好好食。今次特登同朋友嘗試牛肉烏冬同埋泡菜豆腐鍋,真係無得彈。 牛肉烏冬的味道鮮香可口,有著濃郁的牛肉湯頭和醬油的香氣,咸鮮適中,烏冬麵筋道有嚼勁,牛肉薄片入口嫩滑,仲有蛋王嘅味道錦上添花,整道菜色香味俱佳,是一道美味又營養豐富的料理。而泡菜豆腐鍋味道酸辣可口,豆腐入口爽滑,泡菜則帶有微微的酸味和辣味,整體味道豐富多樣。鍋底的湯汁是這道菜的靈魂所在, 配埋紫菜白飯,讓整道菜更具有濃郁的辣味,口感豐富,味道酸辣可口,非常適合在冬天享用。
