前排約咗朋友行街,諗食咩~然後又去左食牛舌😂想講已經連續三次見面都係食牛舌,究竟我哋有幾鍾意食牛舌?🤣不過今次食牛舌專門店,有唔同部位簡!佢哋全部都可以加錢轉套餐(套餐跟沙律、湯、汽水)-鐵板系列~美國牛小排配牛舌尖🥩依個鐵板的主角是美國牛小排,有兩大塊!經過鐵板煎烤後,外層微焦,內部則保持多汁。而牛舌尖好厚實。而醬汁方面我揀咗燒肉汁,調味到位,完美襯托了牛肉的鮮美。-御• 重盒~三重牛舌🐮三重係指牛舌芯、牛舌尖、牛舌筋。我覺得店員煮牛舌嘅生熟程度控制得啱啱好!對比起鐵板,唔可以等咁耐先食😖第一次食牛舌筋,細細粒好似五香肉丁咁~有嚼勁但係唔會咬唔斷。而牛舌尖則好有彈性~我最鍾意係牛舌芯!大大塊好柔軟,而且仲要半生熟,裏面係粉嫩好有牛味!!

三重係指牛舌芯、牛舌尖、牛舌筋。我覺得店員煮牛舌嘅生熟程度控制得啱啱好!對比起鐵板,唔可以等咁耐先食😖第一次食牛舌筋,細細粒好似五香肉丁咁~有嚼勁但係唔會咬唔斷。而牛舌尖則好有彈性~我最鍾意係牛舌芯!大大塊好柔軟,而且仲要半生熟,裏面係粉嫩好有牛味!!
