To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前公司經常在夜上海金鐘店宴請客人,那時幾乎每個月都會到訪。事隔多年,仍對夜上海的牛肋骨念念不忘,所以相約朋友到尖沙咀分店享用晚餐,可惜比起當年金鐘略為遜色。⁡👉🏻食物: 4.1/5⁡▪️牛肋骨以前金鐘店岀品的是非常軟腍、入味!今次肉切得太厚,肉質略柴、要咀嚼好一陣,而且中間味道極淡,頗令人失望。⁡▪️蟹粉釀蟹蓋適合撈飯!蟹肉混上蟹粉,入口濕潤,味道正常,不算太有驚喜。⁡▪️蔥香泡椒脆蝦球有驚喜的一道菜👍🏻入口惹味,不會太辣。蝦球肉質爽嫩,而炸菇而十分香!適合當下酒菜。⁡▪️紅棗糕加分項目😋甜度適中,紅棗味香濃,幸好沒有酸味。中間夾上一層椰汁糕,配合得宜。

以前金鐘店岀品的是非常軟腍、入味!今次肉切得太厚,肉質略柴、要咀嚼好一陣,而且中間味道極淡,頗令人失望。
