To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 安格斯牛柳炒珍珠飯 $58這個飯最大的亮點是安格斯牛柳粒,牛柳粒的份量挺多,好像吃極都還吃不完。炒飯粒粒粒分明,醬汁炒得很入味,平均分布在每一粒的米飯中,與蔥花粒味道十分匹配。很欣賞炒飯中加入了芝麻粒和粟米粒,亦有一些鮮菇粒,令整個飯的層次更上一層樓。-帆立貝海鮮龍蝦汁意大利飯 $58相比之下,這個帆立貝海鮮龍蝦汁意大利飯真叫人非常失望。首先,說好的帆立貝只有丁點兩粒。不但咬落像是雪藏貨色,而且看起來size非常縮水,完全不明白為什麼這個飯的主角是帆立貝。🤷🏻‍♀️ 接着海鮮也只是有一些蜆肉意義,連墨魚圈也沒有。並且所謂的龍蝦汁味道不太濃郁,不說也吃不出來是龍蝦汁。最後,這個意大利飯煮得比較濕潤,建議可以下少一點水,現在有點像湯飯。

帆立貝海鮮龍蝦汁意大利飯 $58
