疫情又開始大爆發,唔知又會唔會停晚市,唯有捉緊時機,約朋友出黎食番餐好既。朋友提議這間出名食牛串燒及飲燒酌的居酒屋,一入去好似去了日本一趟一樣朋友最識食,所以由佢發板點餐,然後侍應推介我地幾款燒酌伴串燒,令我這個平時少飲燒酌都要揍下熱鬧朋友點了數款串燒都好岩口味,火炙韓式生牛肉:  侍應在生牛肉表面火炙到5成熟左右,入面仲生生地,再用青瓜及紫菜包住,跟住再沾少少蛋汁一齊食,簡直無得頂橫隔肌串燒:  分別有4種味道,侍應提議我地順次序由黑燒芝麻醬、黃芥末蜜糖、青芥末、蒜香蔥花,由淡味開始食到濃味,首先牛味好重,又夠嫩滑,雖然配不同味道,但不會搶走牛的香味。咸牛肉明太子燒山竽:  上層係明太子mix鹹牛肉,然後下面有厚厚山竽托底,我都係第一次咁樣食,味道好解甜,而且厚厚山竽口感脆,絕配之後又點了幾款串燒,睇得出師傅都將每款燒到剛剛好,外脆內軟😋😋最後食埋呢個燒飯團,飯焦香味,入面配上三文魚&明太子,簡直將味蕾提升到千萬倍
