To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近又走左去食好西,今次係去食中菜hehe~🙊呢間中菜館既來頭唔細架,呢間鴨大哥係由米芝蓮三星大廚'廚魔'開既一間新餐廳,我係抱住一個超級期待既心態去食🙈呢度必食既就係北京填鴨,我咁大個女都係第一次食🙈佢鴨肉既份量切得唔多唔少,岩岩好放落口可以一啖食曬,肉汁唔算多,但係口感就好細嫩滑,我食完一舊已經忍唔住又拎另一舊食🤣當中我最鐘意食既就係佢既春卷,通常我地食春卷都係皮還皮餡還餡,但係佢呢個食落去首先會食到好脆既皮,然後佢既皮會同埋d餡溶合一齊,好正😆呢間野真係冇令人失望,菜式既水準高,下次一諗起食中菜我一定會第一時間諗起佢
