今日有個外國朋友黎香港,佢話要食d北京菜,又好想食片皮鴨,我就諗起上環依間"京香閣",佢地係京菜放題,重有主打片皮鴨任食,一定適合我依位外國朋友咁多要求。$300有找任食京菜,香港地冇咩地方有,要龍蝦就貴$40,合理,但有咁多野任食,我地揀左虎蝦就ok,仲可以揀唔同口味。我地叫左個避風塘口味&甜酸汁口味,虎蝦好新鮮好大隻,啖啖肉。主角片皮鴨出場,大大隻,脹卜卜,新鮮出爐,熱辣辣,未食見到都流晒口水。睇下幾多,不過唔駛爭,佢地keep住一路出新鮮燒起既片皮鴨,大家留意,係燒起,佢地有自家爐續隻燒,燒到d鴨油滴晒出黎,隻鴨就會冇咁肥,食到成口油。樟茶鴨 : 外脆內軟,細細份,每人都可以試少少。東坡肉 : 炆到好淋好入味,餸飯一流。回鍋肉 : 腩肉肥瘦適中,唔會油膩,又係細細份剛剛好,又唔會浪費,可惜仲有好多野試,如果唔係配飯一流。高力豆沙 : 現點現炸,炸到剛好金黃色,入面d紅豆又唔會太甜,食完都唔覺得漏。脆麻花配芒果雪糕 : 我個食法係整碎d脆麻花撈雪糕一齊食,好似雪糕有脆脆既口感。
