To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去太古行街⋯⋯去康怡覓食見到有師傅係到切片皮鴨,就被吸引去試哩到既片皮鴨係皮還皮,肉還肉,仲有多款醬,被你點,但我最鍾意係平時食開既甜麵醬杏汁白肺湯:唔係度度有得飲,哩個湯好有杏汁味京滷鴨舌:好淋~仲有啖啖肉既口感鳳梨咕嚕肉:一上枱,就覺得麻麻地,因汁無包滿啲肉,同肉又偏乾椒鹽九肚魚:熱辣辣上枱,肉質好嫩,不過椒鹽味不足金銀蒜粉絲蒸勝瓜:勝瓜吸收晒啲味,幾好,不過粉絲放面,就變得無乜味五代同堂:包括有~蝦籽、小蝦乾、大蝦乾、鮮蝦,但仲有一代數唔到係乜?同個炒飯好咸四川擔擔麵:食咗兩啖⋯⋯好辣,花生醬味無咗
