呢款菜式已經唔係周圍有得食，每次來這裡，「魚皮」，我和媽媽必定要叫的菜色，魚皮的確做得好爽滑好脆！魚皮上再加一大堆蔥丶薑丶芝麻丶醬油和麻油。其實呢款咁特別的菜式，很多店家都不做了。
