我想講北海道爐端燒係我呢幾個月食個最有驚喜日本菜。本身對佢期望都唔使細,因為上咗OpenRice個榜好耐。所以專登嚟食。想講佢除咗燒物質素屬上乘水準外,我最最最最欣賞係佢兩味「稻草燒」。燒牛肉水準拍得住出面食牛排嘅餐廳之餘,燒嘅香味令到牛本身嘅肉味好搶!外香口而內鮮!而佢呢個燒鰹魚更加係食到我鬼咗線。同香港人唔同,平時本身唔太鍾意油重嘅魚。反而鍾意食赤身但,鐘意個刺激既鮮。呢味菜燒一燒後,呢種獨特嘅鮮味搶到飛起。配上蔥花同特製醬汁,係我絕對會願意回頭再encore嘅嘢食。當晚仲有好多人叫芝士意粉,好似係北海道嘅名產。我就唔啱啦,間成間居酒屋唔大但氣氛一流,絕對係收工同朋友飲杯酒既好地方!

而佢呢個燒鰹魚更加係食到我鬼咗線。同香港人唔同,平時本身唔太鍾意油重嘅魚。反而鍾意食赤身但,鐘意個刺激既鮮。呢味菜燒一燒後,呢種獨特嘅鮮味搶到飛起。配上蔥花同特製醬汁,係我絕對會願意回頭再encore嘅嘢食。
