早前已經光顧過喜記,對於性價比及質數已經留下良好印象,難得有食友相邀,當然不會錯過。前菜來了兩款,藍梅山藥澆上了藍梅汁,清甜可口,很特別的口感。當歸冰鎮鵝翼散發淡淡的當歸氣味,未必個個接受,但有新嘗試,未嘗不是一件好事。招牌將軍令真的值得一試,油泡得非常香口,柔韌又彈牙,加上伴碟的蒜粒更是帶來一陣濃香,特意扣起,用來撈白粥又是另一道上佳的配搭。 豉椒炒蜆是避風塘菜色代表之一,不過蜆身較細,而辣度還可以更強勁,用來送啤酒倒是一流。在云云的避風塘菜色中,酒泡菜色當然不能錯過,椒鹽雙併九肚魚、鮮魷是常見的小菜,九肚魚外層酥化鬆脆,而鮮魷最忌漿粉太厚,魷魚未夠新鮮,但喜記多年來有固定貨源,水準當然有保證,吃得自然暢快。 用上原隻蟹蚶的黑松露菠菜汁鮮蟹蚶,帶來一陣清新鮮甜的感覺,更何況是啖啖肉?只是黑松露的氣味有點強勁,也許放棄不用效果會更好。其實個人不大喜歡鮮蟹肉蒸釀冬菇的質感,玻璃芡夠薄,冬菇的味道似乎蓋過了蟹味。畢竟油泡食物太多,濃湯雲耳鮮茄田園菜蔬正好清清味蕾,娃娃菜浸得夠稔,吸收了魚湯後更鮮甜,而雲耳爽脆,又是健康的食物,正。想不到在海鮮店內有高水準的牛肋骨菜色,金牌牛肋骨用上美國貨

想不到在海鮮店內有高水準的牛肋骨菜色,金牌牛肋骨用上美國貨,賣相只是一般,看起來像是很乾身,但咬落卻又帶少少脆口,肉質細緻幼嫩,特意挑了帶油脂的部位,甘香豐腴,肉味香濃。

上次自己攪飯局時出過事的招牌蟹油炒麵,今次同老板反映過後,效果真的有所改善,不單鑊氣夠,麵條乾身而油份瀝得清,少許的焦香更令蟹油味突出,整碟麵跟上回是兩碼子的事。

鮮蟹肉蠔仔泡飯亦是真材實料,鮮甜的蟹肉加上香濃蠔味,是一個挺吸引的組合。

楊枝甘露始終不是甜品店出品,雖然柚子及芒果十足料,但香味卻又過於輕盈,真奇怪。

最後再來一份桂花糕,清清地又甜甜地,如果可以再凍一點就更好了。還以為要$400以上的價錢,結果只不過$300左右,又真的抵食。
