To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 美心皇宮呢個名相信大家都唔會覺得陌生㗎啦 我亦幫襯過唔少次 又有咩可以吸引到我繼續幫襯呢? 答案就係精緻嘅點心啦 美心皇宮普遍嘅點心都係同其他茶樓嘅唔一樣 正正係因為佢呢個特別之處而吸引到更多嘅食客嚟幫襯點心方面就嗌咗蘿蔔糕、炸芋頭絲、節瓜釀魚肉、咖喱牛筋、鳳爪等 而甜品就嗌咗紫米露 其實味道方面都幾似翠苑可能佢哋係同一個旗下嘅公司所以味道都相若 總括嚟講味道方面就不過不失啦 但烹煮方法面就優勝過其他茶樓少少 因為佢會以新穎嘅方法烹煮中式嘅點心 有個特別嘅地方留意到嘅就係茶樓依然堅持用傳統嘅形式去售賣點心 你會喺茶樓見到好多姊姊喺度推車仔嚟兜售客人嗌點心 最得意嘅係點心紙上面嘅選擇並唔多 但喺「車仔」上面嘅選擇反而就多啲啦 所以茶樓其實係想客人係「車仔」上面嗌多啲點心 令大家有一種懷舊嘅滋味
