To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餓了這裡的燒鵝很久,今次三個人也斗胆叫半隻,後來望見,柜內的燒鵝的晒士都像小孩那般才知驚,不過落了柯打了便算.打算吃不完便包走;還有其他的餸:龍躉兩味(炒西芹和蒸頭腩),粟米斑塊,生炒骨.落單的部長和上菜都很勤快,不過吃完良久也未見至愛的粟米斑塊,追了幾次才有得吃.龍躉很好味,份量ok,皮是最精彩的部份,夠膠質和淋滑,味道夠鮮,是生劏的.炒與蒸頭腩都好.生炒骨的份量很多,很咬茨(即是茨汁包住每件排骨),吃完碟底一滴汁也沒有,水平甚高.酸甜度剛好.大家都驚吃不完的燒鵝來了,郤是反高潮;份量比半隻燒鴨還少,可幸味道還不錯.粟米斑塊還未到,想取消,但燒鵝那麼少,還未飽之下,惟有追單,要追幾次才到.可幸味道不錯,又香又脆,加上粟米茨,實在好吃.值得一讚的還有是今晚的油下得少,一反一貫的油浸.
