自從聽朋友講”喜來”爐邊既蛋好好味就一直想試下有幾好食,但每次經過尖咀見到人龍都怕怕無去排。之後得知荃灣開左新店,心諗一定唔洗等,所以即日Book枱,即晚就去食喇!新店關係,環境乾淨企理,枱與枱之間空間大。入座後店員馬上送上前菜,泡菜當然就唔少得啦,辣得黎有少少苦,唔係好岩我口味。隨後店員倒入蛋漿(萬分期待),一邊係加左泡菜,一邊係純蛋,兩者都重蛋香,個人就比較喜歡加左泡菜果隻,因為味道層次升級。另外我們分別Order左招牌護心肉、五花腩同水冷麵。我想講燒肉係ok既,護心肉口感結實,幾特別!五花腩脂肪平均,肉味濃郁!但係個水冷麵就不知所謂,我未食過咁多碎冰既冷麵,不如改名叫冰冷麵好過啦! 正宗既話碎冰非水製成的,唉……總之見到佢真係令人失望!
