今晚9:30同左一個平時都好夜收工嘅朋友上黎食燒肉刺身海鮮放題,本身店舖面積唔算大,有啲落簾嘅卡位,又有啲四人/二人枱,牆壁上有齊日式鬼神嘅圖案,令整體幾有「燒鬼」嘅感覺。食放題最緊要食得夠廣,我地今晚就試齊和牛、海鮮、蔬菜、壽司同刺身。前菜我地揀左泡菜豆腐同中華海蜇。豆腐非常滑溜,用酸辣嘅泡菜增加味道。反而海蜇就偏鹹。刺身方面,首先有榮螺片山葵漬,基本上就係螺片配Wasabi粒,好有咬口又帶爽,好正~之後上刺身拼盤,有超厚切嘅三文魚、薄切帶子、比較少見嘅鰹魚、每人兩隻鮮甜嘅甜蝦。壽司方面,係柚子醬油和牛壽司同明太子醬帶子炙燒壽司。和牛係厚切嘅和牛,啖啖咬口,半熟狀態帶出牛味。主菜燒肉用呢個好特別嘅架上,上小排肉、前胸肉、橫隔肌、牛腹肉。都係厚切嘅所以感覺啖啖肉,特別係上小排,油脂較多。仲有蝦、帆立貝、廣島蠔。侍應特別推介呢度嘅蒜茸,特別香,令海鮮增添口味層次。我就特別鍾意廣島蠔,感覺好有海水鮮味,燒得恰度好處嘅時候又有一份滑溜感。蔬菜有紫薯、雜菌。飽肚仲有三文魚茶漬飯,有啲熟三文魚碎,湯飯黎講都幾大碗幾飽肚。之後食埋Shake Up嘅雪糕,不過就有啲起冰。食燒肉當然仲有啤酒啦。
