難得有朋友走進元朗一趟,便試下這一間校長燒肉,預約了晚上7:15,店內人數不多。店員會問需要加牛油紙嗎 要加$7 加了之後可以防止食物會「痴底」另外,加$88可享用蟹腳和生蠔任食。生蠔肥美,夠海水味,沒想到這麼大隻蟹腳也很新鮮,不錯不錯燒肉的種類繁多,基本的豬,牛,雞也幾乎齊全。最愛金莎骨和香草雞扒,味道剛好,不會醃得過咸。有提供熟食,食物熱辣辣,沙律,刺身,壽司都有。最後,值得一讚,店員服務態度好好,會定時提醒我們需要更換牛油紙
