荃灣多餐廳係人都知,但荃灣多得黎唔會全部都係大型連鎖集團既餐廳,仍然有好多小店坐立.今日行過千色附近走入小巷內發現一間幾吸晴既爐端燒就入去試下.


雖然係平日但晚市一樣爆滿外面仲等緊位,幸好等左大概幾分鐘就有位.


唔洗諗當然係點爐端燒,牛舌係我每次必點之選.牛舌厚度唔會太簿,燒得啱啱好無過火,咬落爽彈易咬開.上層灑滿椒鹽加上牛舌油香👍🏻


雞翼好貼心分開做單邊雞翼咬落外皮香脆內裏唔會乾,入口個有油脂慢慢滲出.


大啡菇芝士燒原個大啡菇拎去燒,上層加上一塊芝士,燒出黎芝士經燒過後帶少少焦香及微微溶化包住成個啡菇既面.啡菇仍然鎖住水份一切開就同芝士融和為一變成芝士汁.


豆腐唐揚浸住係淡甜醬油汁內炸得金黃既豆腐外脆內軟.


汁燒墨魚咀煙煙靭靭入口彈牙又唔會好實.

蟹膏海鮮炒飯用左珍珠米口感更爽彈,飯炒得粒粒分明又唔會太乾身.食落蟹膏味唔會好腥帶少少辣.海鮮十分足料,蝦肉肉質唔會霉同無雪味,內裏仲有帶子同魷魚.
