最近都不停吃日本菜,紓解一下對故鄉的相思之苦😂頭盤我和朋友點了一客生蠔拼盤配飲品,日本兵庫蠔, 金屬味較重,較咸。韓國金蠔,味道就相對淡和清新,配了一杯冰菠蘿汁真令人胃口大開~牛旁漬物也很爽脆入味。壽司三款,赤蝦很大隻,爽口鮮味,楚蟹肉一絲絲的肉很甜,蔥粒碎吞拿魚蓉,魚油在口腔內打轉~正!松葉蟹膏多士蟹膏比一般的濃味和稠,放於微甜的香脆多士,令人忍不住吃完一件再一件~牛舌偏爽,質感厚實有嚼頭牛胸腹很香牛肉味,沾些七味粉、檸檬汁一流~免治雞肉棒裡面有些軟骨,口感很好,醬汁也很惹味~燒活海鰻真要一讚廚師,燒得恰到好處,海鰻肥美又厚,做到皮脆肉軟,很出色!鹽燒豚拖羅原來是指豚肉的肚腩,難怪如此香口,又爽脆~沾些蛋汁味道層次更上升了雜菜烏冬意猶未盡再點了一個雜菜烏冬,雜菜是當日廚師決定的,烏冬很煙韌,昆布湯清甜到可以整碗喝光~整體都很出色,環境舒適,卡位的私隱度高,服務週到~下次也會來光顧的~
