誰說食串燒係多肉?我今日就食咗個多海鮮多菜少肉的串燒,好味又抵食。海鮮:蒜香燒生蠔、粉絲扇貝生蠔超級大隻肥美,扇貝燒得老了點,粉絲好好食。蔬菜:蒜蓉大茄子、錫紙娃娃菜、錫紙金針菇、燒菠蘿、燒娃娃菜全部都好精彩。首先蒜蓉充足夠惹味,另外燒得濕潤不乾柴,仍然保持蔬果的水份。肉類:金菇肥牛卷、衰佬五花肉肥牛稍為少了點,不過味道和口感甚好。五花肉很香口,肥膏不多。餐廳搭了幾個帳幕做座位,氣氛幾好,價錢又唔貴,性價比高啊。
