是日無野做,又到附近既北角海逸酒店食個飯今次就食個燒春雞配照燒汁$148,食扒呀呢類野就可以免費簡2種SIDE DISH我就簡左焗薯和炒菠菜先送上麵包,無咩興趣,不評論主角出場,份量不少喔.半隻燒春雞,底下鋪了炒菠菜,沐上照燒汁,賣相唔錯,旁邊焗薯亦不是小薯仔雞肉鬆軟不鞋.雞皮略脆,照燒汁甜甜地都幾惹味,而雞本身肉味不濃,好依賴這汁.菠菜就欠調味,就真係就咁炒出來,建議下點鹽.所以最後要撈下照燒汁食焗薯本身咩味都無,服務員另上了SOUR CREAM,燒肉醉和蔥花,落哂去之後即時升級集合少酸少咸和蔥香,令焗薯味道有所提升,但還是欠一樣野,就係牛油,所以唔夠滑,建議下牛油來焗味道不差,久唔久來呢度食個西餐都唔錯,反正附近選擇不多

雞肉鬆軟不鞋.雞皮略脆,照燒汁甜甜地都幾惹味,而雞本身肉味不濃,好依賴這汁.

菠菜就欠調味,就真係就咁炒出來,建議下點鹽.所以最後要撈下照燒汁食
