今晚試新野,銅鑼灣十分就腳~焱丸活貝大盛 ($368)呢盤要燒既!有鮑魚、活貝、蠔、蜆。每枱都有個爐,職員會幫手放食物上去燒及剪開,當然客人自己都有責任要睇下火啦! 鮑魚仍然郁架,上爐燒時仲狂轉掙扎,都幾殘忍下,好快佢就煮左了,唔韌易咬開;活貝同蜆好多汁,連汁一齊食味道好鮮甜!蠔燒熟後無乜縮水,仍然鮮甜啖啖肉。牛油炒野菜 ($52)個菜用左鹽同黑椒去調味,去左菜同菇既青澀味,食落微微黑椒既辣,加埋芝麻增加口感。左--海膽帆立貝燒 ($85)右--和風木魚帆立貝燒 ($75)兩種唔同配搭既燒帆立貝,左邊配左秋葵、菇同海膽;右邊用左木魚、菜同蕃茄片!愈燒愈多汁,精華嚟,唔好倒左佢呀,飲埋仲正!職員剪好燒好左既帆立貝,然後連殻放碟上等客人自己夾嚟食~燒過既帆立貝好彈牙,每咬一下都有點鮮甜既汁溢出,好美味~蕃茄味既汁就清d, 但我就偏好海膽味。職員好有禮貌,我無叫野飲所以問佢地拎杯水,佢地都會同返我講唔好意思,令人感覺良好,唔錯。
