約咗朋友幾個月,今日終於齊人喇,準備食餐好既,諗咗好耐決定食大家都鍾意既韓國野。餐廳吹住陣陣既韓風,電視播住MV,我地都忍唔住跟住唱哈哈。一坐低侍應就準備好一堆小菜,有豆芽、泡菜、蘿蔔等等。然後佢幫我地倒咗蛋液係爐邊,我地就加芝士、粟米落蛋到等食。蛋等咗一陣食得既時候肉就上喇。我地叫咗個個set入面有M5牛肉扒、豬皮、牛肋骨、雪花牛、厚切五花肉片。入面最令人驚喜既係牛肉,牛既牛質香滑唔會懈口又充滿牛味,食得出好新鮮既感覺。豬皮燒完外頭脆脆地,咬下咬下充滿彈性,據說多食仲可以補充膠原蛋白,所以我唔客氣喇。而最後燒既M5扒餐廳連袋上,上面貼住M5既label,等我地揮手🙋🏻就有人黎幫我地燒,畢竟咁靚既肉燒得唔好會浪費嘛。我地食5成熟既,肉既脂肪比例好好,咬落去油脂香夠又充滿肉汁,重點係無根係入面。五花食都係好爽口,唔會有豬臭味。一定要將肉夾係生菜入面,再夾埋泡菜一次過放入口,真正韓式既食法!下次食試下叫磚頭豬肉,一定會好震撼!另外我地叫咗個水冷面,入面原來有條雪條,食落特別又清新,如果芥辣油多d就更正。宜家做緊個special promotion,只要上Facebook like佢地既pa
