✳️周六晚,家裏各成員也有活動,我樂得一人享受無拘無束周圍逛下,由旺角逛到去太子,見有新開業不久的燒味食店,於是進店開餐。我點了一人餐~$65。餐點包括清蒸芝麻斑、明火例湯和白飯。❇️首先,清蒸芝麻斑的魚肉鮮嫩,蒸制的火候掌握得恰到好處,保留了魚的原汁原味,搭配一點點的蒜蓉醬油,讓整道菜更加提味。附送的例湯是粉葛紅蘿蔔湯,清熱下火。✳️食店是以燒味為主打,我加點了一份叉燒例牌~$68,义燒色澤誘人,外焦內嫩,肉質多汁。叉燒的甜醬味和煙燻香氣交融,搭配白飯,更是絕配,讓人忍不住多吃幾口。✳️整體而言,賢哥燒味食堂的燒味不僅物超所值,還讓我感受到濃厚的港式優質燒味出品。無論是味道還是份量,都是用餐的絕佳選擇。
