是夜來到油塘大本型內的深井陳記,門口已見到一隻隻油光閃閃嘅燒鵝,好吸引。睇下餐牌,有燒味抵食二人餐,可從燒味雙拼或例牌燒鵝揀一樣,再另揀一款小菜,兩碗白飯仲有例湯添,價錢二百幾蚊左右。我揀咗叉燒併燒肉,食燒肉最緊要就係脆卜卜嘅皮,正,燒肉亦見香口,咸味適中。叉燒咸甜比例好balance,而且半肥瘦啱啱好,送飯一流。例湯係紅蘿蔔粉葛湯,而唔係一般嘅平庸味精湯,仲有入味湯料食添。烏頭一向魚肉鮮甜,又易入味,配以豉汁梅子煮法就最適合,不過今次烏頭肉質唔算好嫩滑,一般啦,撈汁送飯都幾好嘅。
