To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 10月8日中午,游完吐露港渡海泳後,到大埔市中心這家太興吃午餐。我們點了燒味雙拼、火腿通及奶醬多等,還有冰奶茶和凍檸茶。真的名不虛傳,燒肉很香脆,叉燒烤得很均勻,燒鵝皮脆肉嫰,保留肉汁原味,不但賣相好,而且很好吃!奶茶更是滑得出色,非美心和大家樂等快餐可比,入口後那陣奶香茶甘之味長駐咀裡,揮之不去,很令人回味!尤其是太興老板的用心良苦,把大量碎冰撒在玻璃小盆裡,再將杯奶茶放置其中,避免奶茶因碎冰溶化在杯裡而淡化,很體貼客人。店內環境明亮衛生,侍應的服務快捷週到,也不會急急收杯收碟趕客,客人可以好好地享受美食,有別於傳統港式茶餐廳。...難怪這麼多人寧願在外排長龍,也要一嚐美食。唯一要彈的是,店內並無順應潮流,實施禁煙,希望能改善啦!
