本人是三文魚的擁躉，在元氣的門外看到有燒三文魚醬油漬丼，於是便試了~
燒三文魚：三文魚的新鮮度過得去，也算是鮮色，雖稱不上厚切，但尚算大塊，頗滿足。所謂燒，只是燒了三文魚邊的很小部份，其實與吃三文魚刺身飯的分別不大。
醬油：份量剛剛好，不會太鹹。
飯：軟硬適中的珍珠米，值得一讚！
