To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次黎已經試過依個客家燉土豬湯,真係好好飲😋湯料好夠,有豬潤,瘦肉,豬小腸同豬肚,用楜椒調味💕所以飲完好暖笠笠,實在好喜歡依個感覺,尤其是前一排凍到得返7度既日子,真係由心暖到出黎最近依次去適逢新年期間,日日食同訓都食到滯滯地🤣🤣除左必飲既湯之外,都諗住食得清D,點左蒜蓉白菜仔同桂花瑤柱炒粉絲,唔好以為好齋,碟頭唔細其實食完都好飽雖然今次冇食,但其實平時黎都會食佢既招牌鹽焗雞,肉質嫩滑又夠入味,送飯一流!
