總括來說，菜式很不錯、賣相漂亮、配菜和主菜很相夾，在碟上的醋也提升的鱸魚的鮮味。
To conclude, this dish is pretty good. The presentation is good, the side dish is matched with the main dish. Special merit should be given to the vinegar on the dish.
唯一覺得需要改善的魚皮煎得不夠乾脆。如果可以改善，相信菜式層次不止提升一個等級。
The only thing that I believe requires improvement is the fish skin. If it can been more dry and crispy, the entire dish will definitely advance to a much higher level.
