K11 musea 歸為尖東新地標,最近都開咗一間連鎖上海餐館🫶🏻不過呢一度有商場限定嘅菜式,比喜歡食東南亞菜嘅你。鎮江肴肉晶瑩剔透的豬肉,當沾上香醋之後能一解油膩感。原來煮法都唔容易,難怪爸爸一坐低就想食呢一個傳統上海前菜。來到上海食店,又點可以唔叫返個蟹粉小籠包?新鮮熱辣辣,咬開湯汁四溢,進食時一定要好小心,難怪這是小店的招牌菜 炸饅頭半打起,新鮮炸起,沾上煉奶的香甜,很有兒時回憶。乾煸四季豆,炒得好有鑊氣,欖菜和免治豬肉恰到好處蜜糖脆皮蝦大蝦用上蜜糖以滾油煎封,連殻都可以食得落,味道香甜可口。最啱就係送飯。冬陰功鱸魚平時酸菜魚食得多,用上泰式冬陰功的煮法配以新鮮海鱸魚,酸酸辣辣,感覺好創新。仲有煙靭嘅寬粉,絕對唔使驚唔夠。呢一個菜式係K11限定,如果唔鍾意冬陰功,可以揀四川麻辣或者椰香風,配以牛肉聽落都好惹味!
