We tried the BBQ pork and soysauce chicken and also a 熱辣辣石頭飯. The 熱辣辣石頭飯 was very good, it came with a very hot stone pot/bowl, and then we mixed the ingredients (such as red onion, eel, prawn, kimchi and then some chilli sauce) in, then we have to stir and mix it well, then very yummy hot rice was ready to serve. It was very yummy in fact. For such price, it was reasonable.

The BBQ pork and soysauce chicken would never let us down. The chicken was very yummy, with strong nice aroma of soysauce combing with some rose wine after taste. Very nice.

Also one point worth mentioning is that, Maxim uses calrose rice and this kind of rice gives very nice texture and yet wont loose its favour. I love it.

The decor here has been renovated. The designed uses transparent partitioning, which gives a more spacious feel to its customers, also the use of the yellow dancing orchids poses much vitality to the overall decor. Nice choice!

Though the dinner was not expensive, it was enjoyable.
