喜歡吃牛的我,又點會不知道那裏有又平又有質素的牛牛專門店呢!銅鑼灣怡和街有一間食石燒牛店,採用石燒,案自己喜歡的熟度來控制牛燒的時間。入到店內己聞到陣陣肉香。所有主食包自助沙律,餐湯和白飯。點了200g牛柳一份,吱吱渣渣的熱石聲,感覺到香噴噴的牛柳快在口邊。只有一,兩成熟的牛柳,一邊切一邊燒,完完全全控制在我手中,每件都能掌握到七成熟,非常味美。肉質軟腍,肉汁豐富。還有燒汁和辣汁調味,原汁原味也不錯。店員會給紙圍裙以防油份彈出,好細心。
