星期一下午時間人不太多,都有好多個位。一個人揀左吧枱角落坐,貪佢靜靜地。

拉麵款式都有好多款,但我想食得淸少少,我點左個黑熊拉麵,貪黑蒜夠健康。
黑熊湯底黑媽媽,夠多蔥,湯面層油有d厚,不過飲落唔油膩,清甜得來湯底蒜味亦濃厚。
火炙叉燒半肥瘦,非常香口, 口感十分軟滑。至於拉麵食落彈牙,亦唔易淋,不錯不錯。
總括來說,算係幾正宗嘅日式拉麵,食完十分滿足。


To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
