To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於佐敦的熊拉麵,是一間以熊熊裝飾的可愛風拉麵店很久以前曾吃過一次,今天相約媽媽先吃拉麵後到附近覆診。今晚要吃自助餐,所以午餐吃碗麵和餃子就好了。白熊拉麵$75湯底以大量豬骨12小時猛火熬煮而成,呈上時的濃厚奶白湯頭,不一會兒便形成一片微微黏膜,證明湯底厚濃。喝一口湯,湯頭濃度適中,厚度也屬剛好,是一般不常吃拉麵的朋友容易接受的口味。豬骨非常鮮甜,清爽不膩,容易入口,是我第一次把湯喝光呢熊拉麵的叉燒有三種選擇,分別是梅頭瘦叉燒,火炙肥叉燒,角切叉燒粒。個人較愛厚切軟腍的叉燒,因此我選擇火炙半肥瘦叉燒肥叉燒非常厚重,経四小時慢煮後軟腍無比,用筷子一夾即刻散開,入口化掉,達到我的期望哦。
