To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 廚師態度認真 由於我坐咗喺近廚房一排座位嘅位置 上菜嘅時候會同你講埋碗麵嘅細節 有種令我覺得廚師可靠嘅感覺

。今次嘅廚師推介係普通麵質中幼麵 配料蔥花洋蔥全要 彈牙有嚼勁 入口圓滑 帶有少少麵粉香 麵條比起想像中幼 接觸到湯嘅表面面積就會多咗👍 而且廚師以客為先 佢會好留意同埋詢問返客人嘅反應

。 半熟溏心蛋係心機作品 好香口 雖然蛋白染色唔算好深 反而食落口味道意外地濃郁 佢哋話係用左日本直送雞蛋 我諗主要都係呢隻雞蛋自身嘅鮮味 秘製醬汁唔會喧賓奪主
