To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 收工又係時候搵下好野食。呢間拉面店,就係公司附近,平時lunch好多人排隊,收工見少人d, 梗係要試下。黑熊拉面。湯底係黑蒜,夠哂特別。因為我幾鍾意食黑蒜,其一係佢好味,其二當然係黑蒜夠哂健康啦。而呢間特別之處,係面既軟硬都可以自己簡。而我就簡左硬面。叉燒煮得岩岩好,絕對唔會好韌。朋友仔就食超級白熊拉面,湯底係豬骨,一樣好濃。蛋是糖心蛋,一咬落去就漏哂D汁出黎,絕對唔會好似其他拉面店煮得隻蛋太熟。讚!而佢其他配菜都好好食。
