To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日工作去到上環呢一個完全唔熟悉嘅地方,中午時段想搵飯食都選擇困難症上身🤯,完全無從入手。朋友咁岩話黎搵我一齊食飯,就幫我揀咗呢一間拉麵店🍜一齊試吓。哩間拉麵店係佐敦都有分店,朋友之前睇過網上有人推介過,一直想試吓。雖然中午時段排左十零個人,但兩個人都唔算等好耐。店入面都係🇯🇵日式拉麵店既裝潢,有廚師前高台,同一般大台,需要同人搭台。今次朋友就叫咗佢嘅期間限定——廣島蠔豚骨湯拉麵,而我就揀咗招牌🐻熊拉麵。好快熱辣辣嘅拉麵🍜就送上。第一啖飲個湯底,對於追求濃郁重口味既我,雖然飲到豬骨味但唔夠濃好似仲欠缺左啲骨膠原咁。麵質我揀左幼身普通硬度,食起黎口感岩岩好,軟硬適中仲有少少韌度。而叉燒🐽就揀左火灸肥叉燒,切得薄薄但肥瘦尚算適中,但唔夠軟唔夠油脂分布平均。流心蛋🥚好流心,亦有蛋味但滷得唔夠入味。朋友個碗其實基本上多兩隻蠔外,同我選料都一樣,而隻蠔就好普通一啲都唔鮮❌,只係比較大隻。有人話佐敦分店好食啲,咁大家自行判斷一下🤔。完
