To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 發現今個月,原來我無食過拉麵,決定晚餐去搵間拉麵食下,所以就黎試下熊,聽人講唔錯大食的我選擇了超級巨熊拉麵,多幾塊叉燒,拉麵有幼麵和中麵選擇,其實我個人鍾意粗麵,不過唔緊要,只係口感不錯因為我選擇火灼肥叉燒,以為幾塊都係,但是除了第一塊,下面3塊都是梅頭瘦叉燒,不過唔緊要,兩種都好食,仲滿足埋我兩種都品嚐到,如果有埋切粒叉燒,就完美啦第一啖當然飲湯先,滿滿濃郁的豬骨湯味,而且真材實料,每人回味,而拉麵當然保持爽滑,食完雖然飽飽地,但其實都想再加多個麵,哈哈
