To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 走到上環看到一家日式拉麵店,是日趕時間,本來就打算吃個速食午餐,拉麵正合心意!餐牌有幾款醬油選擇,我選了元祖魚介油,是元祖豬骨湯加秘製魚介油。跟普遍的拉麵店一樣,客人可按自己的口味,選擇配料、麵條的煙軔度等。在白色豬骨湯上加少許魚介油,淡淡的魚油香味,提升湯的味道。拉麵本身有一隻半熟蛋,我再追加一隻令湯麵更豐富又飽肚。半熟蛋好味,蛋味濃郁,蛋漿的生熟程度剛剛好。叉燒入味又夠瘦,加上拉麵夠煙軔。整體味道好!環境整潔衛生,坐在吧枱上,可以看到煮麵過程又是一種娛樂和享受!枱面有水杯,客人可以自行在吧枱上倒一小杯冰水,餐具齊全整潔。
