天氣凍,最岩食煲仔飯!呢度大特價,腊腸排骨煲仔飯平日午市只係$25,確係抵食。排骨及腊腸份量算多,沒有將貨就價,而且腊腸應該係自家岀品,帶有酒香,好好味。另一抵食之選--燒鴨瀨粉,雖然燒鴨肉不多,但大大碗只是$18,十分抵食,姑勿論質素如何,已經吸引到我午市來惠顧。妙醬琵琶豆腐都幾驚喜,食落有啲似老少平安,咬落係軟綿嘅豆腐和魚肉,調味剛好,唔會太鹹,值得一試。石頭魚餃($39)外型趣緻可愛,彈性的餃皮包住鮮嫩嘅魚肉,味道唔錯。不過蟹粉小籠包質素好似差咗,個皮比較厚,入面冇咩湯汁,而且蟹粉都偏少,唔係好鮮,蟹鮮不太突出。雪耳桂花糕略嫌太甜,欠缺一份桂花嘅清香。同埋雞絲粉皮($28)同樣是推廣價,但份量較少,對比下沒燒鴨瀨和煲仔飯那麼抵食。雞絲粉皮都味道一般,調味偏酸,麻醬味唔夠突出。
