放工想食西班牙菜,去了灣仔Reserva Iberica 位於船街盡頭有一條小巷,那處有幾間西餐廳酒吧,感覺似比外國人到來Happy hour ,門口佈置充滿西班牙風格,有旗海掛飾,入到餐廳有來自巴塞隆拿的伊比利亞火腿品牌的ham, 其實呢間餐廳前身開左幾年叫SEAFOOD TIMON, ,最近改為Reserva Iberica , 此為他全球首間獨一無二的concept store,集零售HAM及餐廳於一身,又係間西班牙餐廳,又可就咁買ham,仲有多款選擇,有即切片磅走,也有一包包可即時買走,名乎其實的Ham shop 。餐廳環境舒適,甚有情調,氣氛好好,有兩層雅座,門外還有幾張加上西班牙特色磁磚的吧枱,十分有特色,坐在這裏飲酒很有feel ,店員安排上樓上坐。我先點了杯 white sangria 750ml $80, 好fruity ,店員介紹本身白酒來自西班牙已較甜味的,再加埋清新青蘋果,好fresh。今晚唔想諗太多,就問了店員介紹,佢話不如就等廚師發辦安排,冇諗過原來西班牙菜都可這樣,其實餐廳每日都在黑板寫上當日時令及新鮮食材,這些就是廚師推介,太好了,放心讓她發辦。先來個t

先來個tapas , Ham Croquette $88, 材料係炸薯蓉,外面只有一層很薄的麵包糠炸粉,
配菜還有粒紅色紅酒醃過既小洋蔥,旁邊有些蛋黃醬,面鋪的ham 好有咸香,還有其他脆米餅增強口感。

另一Tapas 係3 pintxos $84, 有三款魚配多士,有好香魚油味的沙甸魚、White anchovy味道偏酸及腥 ,

而salted anchovy就配上羽衣甘藍同橄欖,Olive oil味好重味,好香,中層有蕃茄蓉用了新鮮的蕃茄加上橄欖油打成, 感覺非常新鮮,配上脆多士,有不同層次的口感 。

Main course Ox Cheek $198 有驚喜呀!原來係牛肉面豬墩,店員介紹燉了十八個鐘,從未食過牛肉可以係咁稔身夠入味,又唔會過濃味,味道剛好食出牛肉鮮味,配菜用了特別種類的紅蘿蔔仔,好清甜。伴菜還有黑松露薯蓉,香噴噴的松露香。

另一主菜係紅𩶘魚Red snapper $218 ,
紅𩶘魚厚身大塊,魚皮表面煎得香脆,魚肉滑溜唔會散開,夠鮮味,夠甜,依然嫩滑,配埋white sangria 飲味道更帶出魚鮮香味,面有浸過調味的洋蔥配埋魚食更惹味,底層還有切絲的蔬菜如黃、青瓜絲。

最後還有兩款甜品,有Panellets de chocolate $78係傳統碎果仁焦糖的炸球夠鬆,面鋪香滑朱古力醬,夠香滑;還有香滑的Mango Trio $68,芒果mousse ,新鮮芒果肉夠清甜帶點酸味味的中和剛才的濃味主食。真係好豐富的一餐特色西班牙廚師發辨菜色~ Fabulous.

因在灣仔工作, 特別問店員攞個LUNCH餐牌睇, 原來係SEMI BUFFET , 淨食BUFFET都係$88有沙律, 小食, 甜品, 仲可選主菜都係百多元, 下次真係要同朋友唻食吓LUNCH先得。
