To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨天一行五人專程去日出康城陶源食主打煙燻雞因有朋友來自遠方我們在這裏已食了六年煙燻雞,每次有朋友來我們也會替他光顧,好可惜今次完全大失所望完全一點煙燻都沒有,只是一隻普通的燒雞又乾又嚡,便叫女侍應過來他說剛換了師傅,所以應該忘記落煙燻,後來他再找另一個所謂較高級的男職員過來拿起我們碟雞把鼻近放嗅,不是,不是便說有少少煙熏味有少少跟住就放低!簡直完全強詞奪理不負責任的行為以為這樣是解決問題強行指鹿為馬!不是不想留港。 消費但今時今日這樣的服務態度,這樣的食物質素真令人惋惜我們只是有朋友在場不想掃興,所以繼續完成所謂冇煙熏味的煙燻雞!真的好可惜,其實只要講句對不起給我換過一隻有煙熏味的雞大家開心又解決問題,將功補過,我下次還會幫襯,不是這樣擘大眼講大話!真的不是不想留港消費。
