原隻北海道雖然價錢有啲貴,不過當你將北寄貝肉一啖放入口,嗰種肥美厚實嘅甘甜鮮味真喺沒齒難忘🤤,彈牙嘅肉身配上煙韌嘅北寄貝裙邊,真心值得細味品嘗🥰

沙白嘅肉較花甲同蜆大粒,就咁原味食嘅話味道鮮甜但比較清淡,質感煙韌,居酒屋完美咁清除晒沙白本身有嘅沙土,洗得好乾淨👏,
